Lushly landscaped gardens enclose the hot tub. This is a ridge view home on the Bolinas Lagoon but does not back up to the water. Short walk to beach. "We loved this house. It has plenty of room, a great living space, and upgraded kitchen. The privacy is nice as it backs up to the mountain and natural lagoon. Very short walk to beach which is great!"
