All bedding linen & towels provided, together with toiletries. → Lounge: Smart TV with access to Netflix & catch-up apps, superfast fibre Wifi. → Kitchen & Dining: Our kitchen has a Nespresso machine, kettle, toaster, microwave, stove & oven, dishwasher & washing machine. Cooking utensils, glasses, cutlery, plates etc all provided in the kitchen. Just across the road from the apartment is Affleck’s Palace — a legendary emporium of alternative fashion, collectables and independent traders spread across four quirky floors. It’s one of the most exciting, colourful and well-connected places to stay in Manchester — and right on your doorstep. *Please note this apartment is on the first floor (i.e. first floor above the ground floor) and there is no lift. There is no intercom attached to the apartment, but two sets of keys are provided for convenience* This property has a video doorbell at the apartment door for safety and security of the property, and a 'Minut' safety device which monitors humidity, temperature and noise levels (without recording audio, it reports volume level in decibels). Important - For bookings made after 1/7/25:We are committed to protecting our properties so our guests are required to choose between paying a refundable £250 security deposit, or a non-refundable damage waiver for £35 (the waiver indemnifies you from £250 of accidental damages). Guests are required to complete an online pre-checkin via our partner Enso Connect (or, if you booked before 1/7/25: ChargeAutomation), which includes ID and selfie verification. This enables us to comply with UK law (Immigration (Hotel Records) Order 1972) and details are retained for 12 months. A web link will be sent to you shortly after your booking is confirmed. Optional Fees: We offer, subject to availability, for the following supplements: Early Checkin – 2pm: £50 Early Checkin – 3pm: £25 Late Checkout – 12pm: £50 Late Checkout – 11am: £25 Any other requests that are earlier (for checkin) or later (for checkout) are subject to availability, and further supplements may apply.
