There is no intercom attached to the apartment, but two sets of keys are provided for convenience* This property has a video doorbell at the apartment door for safety and security of the property, and a 'Minut' safety device which monitors humidity, temperature and noise levels (without recording audio, it reports volume level in decibels). Important - For bookings made after 1/7/25:We are committed to protecting our properties so our guests are required to choose between paying a refundable £250 security deposit, or a non-refundable damage waiver for £35 (the waiver indemnifies you from £250 of accidental damages). Guests are required to complete an online pre-checkin via our partner Enso Connect (or, if you booked before 1/7/25: ChargeAutomation), which includes ID and selfie verification. This enables us to comply with UK law (Immigration (Hotel Records) Order 1972) and details are retained for 12 months. A web link will be sent to you shortly after your booking is confirmed.
