Power & Generator: The home is equipped with a whole-house generator that automatically activates in the event of a power outage, ensuring your stay is never interrupted. Please note that during generator operation, we ask that guests avoid using the AC and EV charger simultaneously, as these draw significant power. Pets: We love pets but unfortunately, they are not allowed at our property. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to hosting you! Maximum occupancy: Please mind that this house can host a maximum of 12 guests per fire code. As per the fire department, infants are included in that number.
