Villa Veni Vidi Vici prides itself as being one of the most state of the art and complete villas in the entire island, with modern & full appliances, a home gym, basketball and badminton court, tennis court, hanging gazebo, water slides, petanque court, trampoline, billiard table, private spa room, outdoor cinema & home cinema. With a modern fully furnished kitchen, a fully mechanical and motorized stove + exhaust system sits across the large temperature controlled cooler for drinks and liquor This fully equipped 6 bedroom villa is located in the most peaceful and serene corner of Ubud, in Pejeng Kawan. With only a 10 minute drive to the heart of Ubud and its host of unforgettable art centres, museums and restaurants. With spectacular rice field views accompanying your every venture outside the spacious living room, you are then greeted by the grand Mt. Agung which can be viewed from almost every room in the villa. The swimming pool loops around the entirety of the villa, where a large water slide drops down from the second floor Other facilities include a fully equipped home gym, a basketball + badminton court, a tennis court and a huge hanging gazebo that stands right next to the tennis court. All of these facilities are located in the back portions of the villa. In other area, next to the trampoline overlooking the serene and signature rice fields of Ubud, a gift for fans of Pétanque with your very own Pétanque court will surely make your day. The home theatre housed within the villa has an occupancy of 12, with fully reclining chairs and Villa Veni Vidi Vici branded super soft blankets to enhance your movie watching experience! A small water pool along with small slides and rides are available for children next to the basketball + badminton court in the southern portions of the villa. Road access towards the villa is great, with an adequate parking space which can be found near the entrance of the villa Every room is equipped with a large HDTV which has Netflix and Smart TV capabilities, if there are any issues please do not hesitate to contact the villa butler. Each bathroom is also equipped with a modern sensor equipped toilet, which can automatically open and close according to your presence. The gym is equipped fully, with a treadmill, benchpress machine, stationary cycle, and (others) please be careful during use of equipment within the gym There are water slides which are connected to the water pump system, which means the use of the water slide at night will not be permitted as it might create scratches or aberrations if no water is flowing through the water slide. Using external vendors is strictly prohibited and will result in a fine of IDR 2.000.000. Waste Management: Contribute to Bali's sustainable efforts by participating in our waste separation program. We provide three bins for organic, inorganic, and residual waste in your villa. Sustainable Amenities: We provide Sensatia Botanicals, a locally founded skincare brand, as bathroom amenities (hand soap, body soap, shampoo, and conditioner). Cultural Respect: In Ubud and Bukit, monkeys may be present—please refrain from feeding or interacting with them. Surrounding landscapes, like jungles, rice fields, and local farms (e.g., duck, chicken or pig), are not part of the villa property and may be accessed by residents, with changes beyond our control. We appreciate your respect for Bali’s natural and cultural heritage. FAQs Q: What time is the check-in policy? A: Our dedicated staff ensures a smooth check-in process. Check-in starts at 14:00 for 1-3 bedroom villas and at 15:00 for 4-6 bedroom villas. Luggage drop-off is welcome after 11:00 as we prepare your villa. Please note, a late check-in fee of IDR 200.000 applies for arrivals after 20:00 to cover staff overtime, as our staff does not stand by the villa all the time. Q: What time is the check-out policy? A: Our check-out time is at 11:00 by default. Late check-out is subject to availability and involves extra charge. Please note that for any late check-out between 11:00 – 18:00, an additional charge of 50% of the Daily Villa Rate will apply. Any check-out after 18:00, will be charged at a full day's Daily Villa Rate. If you need to store your luggage after check-out time, you are welcome to do so. Q: Is breakfast included in the booking? How do we order the chef's service? A: Breakfast is not included in the room rate. However, you can easily arrange breakfast by contacting our reservation or concierge team. We offer a variety of menu options prepared by our dedicated private chef, right in your villa. The cost is IDR 160.000 per person, with a minimum order for 5 guests. You can indulge in a floating breakfast for an additional fee of IDR 150.000 per tray. For lunch and dinner, we offer enhanced services, including set menus, live BBQ cooking, ethnic cuisines, and even fine dining prepared by a Michelin-star chef, all cooked in the villa. Daily housekeeping is provided from 9:00 to 17:00. Linens are changed every third day for sustainability. Q: What is the maximum occupancy for this 6-bedroom villa? Can I have extra beds? A: This villa comfortably accommodates up to 12 guests. However, it can host a maximum of 14 guests, with the 13th and 14th guests considered as extra. An additional fee of IDR 1.150.000/night/person applies.
