Our ground floor maisonette features an open-plan seating area with cozy sofa beds that can accommodate one guest. Additionally, there is a fully equipped kitchen and a dining area where you can enjoy your meals while taking in the beautiful exterior sea view. The villa boasts four bedrooms, with three on the upper floor - two with queen-sized beds and one with two singles - and the fourth bedroom on the ground floor with a sofa that turns to a double bed. There are also two bathrooms with showers, one on the ground floor and another on the upper floor. This independent and fully autonomous house offers a spacious and cozy living room, featuring a comfortable sofa bed that can accommodate one guest.
