Spacious room layout and luxurious furnishings The open-plan living and dining area, featuring floor-to-ceiling windows, is bright and inviting. It opens onto a spacious terrace with breathtaking Baltic Sea views. The penthouse offers two spacious bedrooms, each with its own en suite bathroom, as well as an additional guest WC. On a living area of approx. 159 m² and a terrace/balcony area of approx. 54 m², you will find plenty of space to relax. 2. Wellness & relaxation: pool & sauna The communal outdoor pool is perfect for a refreshing dip on warm days, while the in-house sauna invites you to unwind. 3.
