On chilly Big Bear mornings, stepping onto a warm floor after a shower is a small luxury that makes a big difference. The primary suite takes it even further with a jacuzzi tub and steam shower—your own personal spa after a day on the slopes or trails. Living & Gathering The main living space is warm and inviting, with a wood-burning fireplace, comfortable seating, smart TV, and a large dining table where everyone can come together. There’s also a separate table for games, puzzles, or extra seating. The game room is always a favorite, with a pool table, poker table, wet bar, and direct access to the hot tub with lake views. Location About 2 miles to Snow Summit, Bear Mountain, and Big Bear Lake 10–15 minutes to The Village Guest can hike directly on the property. Winter season you have your own private sled hill.
