Refunds are not provided for weather-related disruptions. * Some amenities are managed by the HOA (such as the pool) and may occasionally close for maintenance or cleaning. Availability cannot be guaranteed, and refunds are not provided for amenity-related issues. ⚠️ Please be aware that certain situations beyond our control may occur, including construction or noise outside the unit, temporary closure of amenities, or other issues on neighboring properties or units. As these circumstances are beyond our control, we are unable to provide refunds for any related inconvenience. * Extra supplies may be available upon request, but are not guaranteed.
