Welcome to this bright and smartly designed apartment, located on the 7th floor of a secure beachfront residence with an elevator. This 25m² one-bedroom unit can accommodate up to 4 guests and includes: A separate bedroom with a double bed A sofa bed in the living area A modern bathroom with a shower and storage space A fully equipped kitchen: dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, stovetop, refrigerator, kettle, toaster… An air-conditioned living room with a flat-screen TV A private terrace with a spectacular sea view, perfect for enjoying meals facing the horizon The décor is simple and functional, with natural touches and a coastal atmosphere. Everything has been designed to ensure a smooth and comfortable stay. The area is full of local shops: bakeries for your breakfasts, mini-markets for your shopping, the Provençal market to discover local flavors, and numerous restaurants for all tastes. Public transport is also within reach. In a few minutes, reach the heart of Cannes, the famous Croisette and the Palais des Festivals, while enjoying the tranquility of a seaside setting. Please note: Although the residence is partially undergoing renovation, which may affect the appearance of some common areas, the apartment has been completely renovated and is as shown in the photos, clean and comfortable. We provide professional cleaning and linens. The apartment is non-smoking and pets are not allowed. Access to the residence's swimming pool is available from July to August, from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM daily, for a maximum of four people at a time. The seaside pools are open from mid-May to the end of June, from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM, and from 9:00 AM to 7:30 PM in July and August. Wristbands are required for access. Registration will be done via a form after confirmation of the reservation. Fees of up to €2,500 may be applied in the event of non-compliance with the premises (dirty/stained laundry, dishes not done, waste not thrown away, loss of keys, non-compliance with internal regulations, cigarette smell).
