This bright, cleverly laid-out, air-conditioned one-bedroom apartment (approx. 25 m²) is located on the 7th floor of a secure, seafront residence with an elevator. The air-conditioned living area opens onto a private terrace offering views of the sea and the heights of the Estérel—an ideal setting for coffee or dinner facing the horizon. A sofa bed provides additional sleeping space. The separate bedroom, featuring a double bed, offers a dedicated sleeping area away from the living room. The apartment can accommodate up to 4 guests. The fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, stovetop, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster) allows you to cook just like at home. The contemporary bathroom, featuring light wood accents, includes a walk-in shower and ample storage space. The property also benefits from the residence's amenities: two outdoor pools, direct beach access, and free private on-site parking. Please note: the main pool is open daily from July to August, 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM (limited to 4 guests from the apartment at a time). A second pool is available from mid-May to the end of June (10:00 AM – 7:00 PM) and from July to August (9:00 AM – 7:30 PM); an access wristband is required.

The residence is currently undergoing renovation work in certain common areas; this does not affect the apartment itself, which is fully renovated, matches the photos, and is impeccably clean and comfortable. To finalize your booking, our agency will send you a secure registration form—a standard step required by French regulations for all short-term rentals. You will be asked to provide proof of identity at this stage, in compliance with current legal requirements. The property is prepared and maintained by our professional team; thorough cleaning and bed linen/towels are provided for every stay. Additional paid services are available upon request following confirmation. This is a non-smoking, pet-free property where parties are not permitted. We kindly ask you to take care of the premises; fees may be charged if any damage is found.
The Neighborhood
Just a few meters from the beach, the La Bocca neighborhood offers all daily amenities within walking distance: bakeries, convenience stores, seafront restaurants and cafés, as well as the La Bocca Provençal market, renowned for its fruit, vegetables, and local produce.
