A full-size washer and dryer add to the practicality of the space. This property sleeps 10 guests: Bedroom 1: King-sized bed Bedroom 2: Queen-sized bed Bedroom 3: Queen-sized bed Bedroom 4: Queen-sized bed Living Area: 1 Queen Sofabed Living Room: The inviting living area includes a queen-size sofa bed and a cozy nook office bathed in natural light from large windows. Kitchen: The kitchen, recently renovated, features open shelving and modern appliances, perfect for culinary enthusiasts. Enjoy dining outside on the spacious patio! Per the official City of Charleston Short Term Rental ordinance, the property must NOT be occupied by "more than four (4) unrelated people". This does NOT apply to families. This is unit is fully licensed and legal with the City of Charleston under STR Operational Permit OP2025-06570 The house is located in the heart of the charming and trendy Cannonborough-Elliotborough district of Downtown Charleston. With its friendly neighbors, cozy restaurants, and tree-lined streets, our neighborhood will immerse you in Charleston's classic charm. This house is perfect for a family or group seeking a fun and or relaxing vacation. The culinary scene for which Charleston has become so famous is just steps away. The fantastic restaurants, shopping, and nightlife of Upper King Street are close enough to walk, but far enough to not keep you up all night. 🚫 Pets are NOT Allowed: As much as we love furry companions, pets are not allowed at this property. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation. If a pet and/or pet evidence is found at the home we reserve the right to charge a $150/pet fee. 🚫 This is a 100% smoke-free property. Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors. A fine will be charged ($300) for any in-room smoke evidence. If you wish to smoke, please do so at least 10 feet away from the building outdoors. 🧳 Luggage Drop-Off: We are pleased to offer our guests convenient luggage storage through our partnership with Charleston Bag Valet, a trusted local provider. This service allows you to securely drop off your luggage before check-in or after check-out, so you can explore and enjoy your time in Charleston without the inconvenience of carrying your bags.
