After a day of exploring the amenities or the surrounding area, the living room welcomes you home with a comfortable couch and a TV—ideal for winding down after a day of exploring. Sliding glass doors lead you out to a private balcony, where a bench swing and outdoor seating offer a quiet spot to sip your morning coffee or enjoy a sunset dinner with tree-lined views. Located just minutes from Table Rock Lake and Silver Dollar City, The Greenview Haven places you in the heart of the action while still offering a serene escape. This home comfortably sleeps 6 guests between 2 private bedrooms and a queen size sleeper sofa in the living room. Bedroom #1 includes 2 twin size beds. Bedroom #2 includes a king size bed, a cable TV, and an ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and a walk-in shower. The home also includes an additional bathroom with single vanity and a walk-in shower. THINGS TO NOTE: • This home is a walk-in unit (No steps required). • Lot parking for 2 vehicles available on a first-come, first-serve basis. • This condo is conveniently located right next to a designated boat parking area. Please note that boat parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis with a 7-day maximum stay and availability is not guaranteed. • Early Check-In / Late Check Out: These options are based on availability and are NOT INCLUDED in your reservation. Be sure to bring your own poles! • The communal pools are open seasonally from Memorial Day to Labor Day. • Pools and other facilities in the resort are operated by the HOA, and neither Grand Welcome nor the property owners are responsible or liable for any refunds in the event that they are closed for any reason.
