Yum Ha is a majestic colonial-style villa discreetly located on a lush 30-acre property, just a 3-minute walk from the beach. Its beachfront cabana sits right on the paradisean Xpu-Ha beach. Under the management of the acclaimed Hotel Esencia, the 4-bedroom villa can accommodate up to 10 people on 3 levels while the beachfront cabana can accommodate up to 4 people. The villa is set around a colonial-style central patio. The ground floor features: • 2 suites each with king-size beds, ensuite bathrooms, and private terraces overlooking the garden • Fully stocked kitchen • Living room and dining room • Terrace with outdoor dining area The second floor has the Master suite with a king-size bed and a large terrace. The pool sits amidst the garden and features a pool palapa and an outdoor grill, ideal for an outdoor barbecue or dining alfresco. The beachfront cabana can accommodate up to 4 people on king-size and sofa beds. It also features spacious seating areas inside and outside and its own private beach palapa with lunch table, hammocks, and sun day beds. Villa Yum Ha features a large swimming pool and comes with a private butler and housekeeping services.
