The amazing ski-in/ski-out location places the Gondola within walking distance to your door, providing swift access to the slopes. Or, explore the surrounding area on the FREE shuttle bus, there is a bus stop just a short walk away from the home. When you are ready to relax and unwind, return to this mountain retreat, where you will find everything you need for a comfortable stay. The condo includes access to a wide variety of shared amenities such as a sauna, steam room, game room, and an outdoor pool. The home is perfect for mountain enthusiasts! The home is located on the 2nd floor of the Springs building, which you can comfortably reach via elevator. You will first arrive at a tiled entryway with a built-in wooden bench and coat rack, making it comfortable to sit down and remove your outdoor gear before settling in. Directly to the right of the entryway is the condo’s full bathroom. The bathroom features a bathtub/shower combo, a pedestal sink, and shelving to store your personal items. As you make your way into the bright and inviting condo, you will first come to the well-laid out kitchen, where you will find a range of basic cookware perfect for those times you want to eat in. Comfortably placed on the other side of the kitchen counter is the dining area, where you will find a round table with seating for four. Head further into the room and take in the living space that offers a spacious common area for relaxing. Warm up by the lovely gas fireplace as you settle into the three-person couch or loveseat and enjoy a movie on the 55” TV. For added comfort, you will find a large coffee table where board games are stored, a small side table, and a lamp situated around the room. At night, turn this room into an additional sleep space and pull the three-person couch into a comfortable king-size bed. Off the living room, step out to the private balcony, a south-facing balcony that enjoys views over the Dercum mountains. Enjoy the afternoon sun from out on the balcony, where you will find two patio chairs, perfect for enjoying a happy hour or cup of coffee while you take in the fresh mountain air and the happenings around the River Run Village. When you are ready to tuck in for the night, head into the bedroom equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Inside the bedroom you will find a queen-size bed, matching nightstands with lamps, a closet, and a mounted TV. The bedroom is filled with natural light from the large window that looks out across the balcony and towards the mountains, so you can wake up and start your day with mountain views! After a day on the mountain, enjoy being within walking distance of the various lodges, entertainment options, restaurants, cafés, and breweries in the area. Or, head off for a different type of adventure such as taking a stroll along the Snake River, hiking on the Keystone Gulch Trail, or exploring the neighboring communities of Dillon and Silverthorne, which are less than 15 minutes away. Dillon Reservoir, home to the Dillon Amphitheater and Dillon Marina, makes for a scenic outing, or you can hit the shops at the Outlets at Silverthorne. A quick day trip to the historic mining town and ski hub of Breckenridge is also just 25 minutes away. Please note that, like most homes in the area, this home does not have A/C. Please keep in mind that if you plan to ski, you are responsible for verifying the ski resorts' opening and closing dates. 4-wheel drive or 2-wheel drive tires with snow chains may be necessary for safe travel to this property, even if it hasn’t snowed in a few days.
