About the Home

This apartment is located in a Victorian style building that is about 120 years old, but full of charm and character. The inside has been renovated and updated, but there are still signs of age around the property. One free assigned parking spot is provided behind the building. Street parking is available in front of the building but does require payment through the "Park Columbus App". This neighborhood is perfect for walking and scooters and bikes are available in the area (also will require an app for payment). The first bedroom is located on the main floor, the second bedroom is upstairs. Both beds feature memory foam mattresses, with linens and pillows provided. The bathroom has everything needed to get ready for the day, but is a little narrow between the shower and wall. Toilet paper and bath linens are also provided. Kitchen is stocked with utensils, pots, pans, spices, coffee, and more. All you need to bring is the food.

Good to know

*Stairs are required to access this apartment* Bathroom is narrow between tub and wall. This is an upstairs unit in a 4 unit building - There may be some noise coming from other apartments and can have some street noise from people walking back from High St at night. Some noise on street between 11am-3am on Fri/Sat as people walk back from bars. Other things to note: -its an older building. That the back of the house has imperfections when you first arrive from the parking lot. - The property dates back to the Victorian era and lacks curb appeal. - Since the style of the house dates back to the Victorian Era, stairs are older and lack proper lighting at night - older windows, older back of the building, older victorian building.
