Upon arrival, between 8 am and 5pm you will need to go to the main office to get your parking passes. Ask them to place under the owner account. If arriving after 5 pm. You will need to go in the morning to gather your passes. Any parking violations will be paid by the guest. Please note that you may be required to complete an online check-in form before your arrival. This includes providing a valid ID and, if required by the property association for on-site amenities, a card on file. For guests driving, if gate access is necessary, a valid driver's license must be presented at the security gate. Here at Palmaway, our goal is to give guests the best possible experience. But let's be realistic, problems sometimes occur.
