Spend your days lounging by the sparkling swimming pool with a built-in hot tub, gather around the firepit under starry skies, or challenge your guests to a match on the private pickleball court. Blending elegance, comfort, and recreation, Wisteria Retreat is the perfect Hill Country getaway for memorable celebrations, weekend escapes, or simply soaking in the quiet beauty of Texas wine country. Not all homes have cable; consider setting up a streaming account in advance. 3. Our team is committed to assisting you, though occasional check-in delays may occur during peak periods. 4. WiFi is available in all homes, but uninterrupted service is not guaranteed. No refunds or rate adjustments will be made for mechanical failures, or discontinued or interrupted services that occur during your stay. 5. A $500 fine will be imposed for any evidence of smoking, confetti, vomit residues, or glitter. 6. Set the A/C no lower than 72 degrees to prevent freezing and system issues; no refunds for low-temperature-related A/C problems. 7. We will provide a two-day supply of start-up sundries, including dish soap, sponge, paper towels, toilet paper, bath soap, shampoo, conditioner, and hand lotion. Guests will need to purchase additional items from a local store or bring them with them. Missing supplies must be reported to our Customer Hospitality team within one hour of arrival. 8. This home is pet-friendly! Pets are welcome for an additional fee on top of the nightly rate. Please make sure pets are well-behaved and respectful of the home. 9. Bugs are common in the Texas Hill Country; pest control is in place on a regular basis, but some insects are inevitable. 10. In Texas, there are periods of time without significant rainfall causing the county to place a ban on burning. Please check the current burn ban status, before using the fire pit at your vacation rental. Check the amenities to see if this rental is equipped with a fire pit. Pool & Hot Tub Maintenance Disclaimer: The pool and hot tub are professionally maintained on a regular schedule to ensure they remain clean, safe, and ready for your enjoyment. Please note that scheduled maintenance may occasionally occur during your stay. Maintenance is performed by professional technicians from a reputable pool service company, and no access inside the home is required. Technicians will only need access to the outdoor pool/hot tub area, so you may see them on the property during your stay. We would be appreciated your understanding.

Wisteria Retreat sits in a quiet residential area on the north side of Fredericksburg, just a 5-minute drive (about 2 miles) to the shops, restaurants, and biergartens of historic Main Street. H-E-B and other everyday essentials are about 7 minutes away. Wine Road 290 is right down the road, with Grape Creek Vineyards about 20 minutes east and the iconic Luckenbach dance hall about 20 minutes away. Outdoor lovers can hike Enchanted Rock State Natural Area, about a 25-minute drive north.

✅ This property has special local compliance requirements which include a signed rental agreement, ID verification, and a security hold of $1500 (which is not a traditional security deposit, just a pending transaction). The optional damage waiver is $99.00 for stays up to 10 nights, with an additional $1.5 per day for stays longer than 10 nights. Damage waiver purchases are optional.
