The villa's unique cave-house architecture creates a stylish and comfortable atmosphere, while large openings frame the stunning sea views. Whether you're unwinding by the infinity pool, dining outdoors, or simply enjoying the tranquil surroundings, Villa Kristy offers the perfect setting for a memorable stay in southern Crete.

The Neighborhood

Villa Kristy is located in a peaceful and quiet area of Plakias, in South Rethymno, offering guests a relaxing atmosphere while remaining close to all local amenities. The centre of Plakias, with its sandy beach, seaside tavernas, cafés, shops, and supermarkets, is just a 2–3 minute drive away.

Guest Access

Guests have exclusive access to the entire villa, including the private infinity pool, BBQ area, outdoor terraces, and all indoor living spaces. Free private parking is available on-site for your convenience. Please note that the final approach to the villa includes a descending road with some gravel sections. For a more comfortable experience, especially when exploring the area, we recommend using a vehicle with adequate ground clearance. Standard cars can access the property, but a comfortable vehicle is advisable for easier driving on this type of road.
