A valid government-issued photo ID is required to confirm your booking The primary guest must be at least 25 years old to book Please be respectful of the neighbors The other two units are full time residents, please be respectful. Do not share the building entry code with no one but guests staying. (That includes deliveries) Quiet Zone in Common Areas Please keep noise levels to a minimum in the stairway and entryway. Roof Deck There are three designated deck spaces, one for each unit. Our space is the last deck out of the left door at the top of the stairs marked #11. The top shelf upstairs is also dedicated to our unit. Usage after 11pm is not allowed. No Smoking Policy There is no smoking (cigarettes, vapes, and cannabis) allowed anywhere in the building, including the roof deck and side deck in our unit. This is the condo association policy. If you would like to smoke, please do so outside the building. No Parties Allowed No more than 6 guests are allowed to occupy the unit. When entertaining, please limit the number of people in the unit or on the roof deck to 12 max (6 renters and 6 guests). Quiet Hours Noise and music should be minimized between 10pm and 7am. Parking Parking is limited to the unit’s designated spots or duly noted public parking spaces. Do not park in the Christian Science slots across from the building.
