Nestled in the heart of the 16th arrondissement of Paris, our studio immerses you in the very essence of the City of Light by staying in this emblematic district, renowned for its elegance and timeless charm. Located close to the banks of the Seine, our studio offers a haven of peace amidst the hustle and bustle of Paris. Soak up the enchanting atmosphere of this district, where history blends harmoniously with modernity. The location of our studio will enable you to visit several prestigious museums, including the famous Musée Marmottan Monet, where you can admire an impressive collection of works of art, and the Fondation Louis Vuitton, a must-see for lovers of contemporary architecture and captivating art exhibitions. In addition, explore the charming Trocadero gardens and marvel at the spectacular views of the Eiffel Tower. This location allows you to explore Paris using easily accessible public transport. You can quickly reach the 4 corners of the capital and discover the various emblematic sites of the city: the Louvre Museum, the Sacré Coeur, the Eiffel Tower, the Champs Élysées... This cosy studio comprises : - A living area with a double bed and a small armchair, a study area, a fireplace, a television and a wardrobe. - A fully-equipped, functional kitchen: fridge, hob, kettle, coffee machine, toaster, microwave and washing machine... - Bathroom with shower, washbasin, WC and towel rail - Storage space - TV and broadband internet access (WiFi) - Bed linen and towels provided This accommodation is available for a mobility lease ONLY. The mobility lease is a type of short-term furnished rental agreement. It is designed to facilitate the mobility of tenants, particularly those who have to move for professional reasons (transfer or assignment), students, young people on training, work experience or work placements. The 16th arrondissement of Paris is a residential district renowned for its understated elegance and peaceful atmosphere. It is characterised by wide tree-lined avenues, elegant buildings and green spaces such as the Bois de Boulogne. The district is home to numerous museums and art galleries, and offers a refined culinary experience with its renowned restaurants. Arrival on WEEKEND Saturday or Sunday: between 3pm and 11pm Keys will be collected from our office near the Arc de Triomphe. We'll make sure your arrival goes smoothly, and we'll be happy to answer any questions you may have."
