The kitchen has been fully updated with stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, a full suite of cooking essentials, a dishwasher, and everything you'd need to cook for a crowd - from a blender and coffee maker to wine glasses and a BBQ grill out back. A dining table, patio or balcony access, and outdoor furniture extend the options further when the weather draws you outside. Sleeping arrangements The ground-floor primary bedroom offers a king bed and an expansive wheelchair-accessible bathroom with dual sinks, plus direct sliding door access to the pool area - ideal for guests who prefer to avoid the stairs. Upstairs, a second primary bedroom has its own private bathroom and ample closet space. A family bedroom on the second floor fits a queen bed and two single beds, with its own private bathroom.
