By booking, you agree to follow all house and community rules. 🚫 General Rules No parties or events allowed No smoking inside the property 🚭 This includes cigarettes, hookahs, cigars, and vaping No pets allowed 🐾 Fines will be applied if violated No illegal substances allowed on the premises 👥 Guests & Visitors No unregistered guests or day visitors allowed A fee of $50 USD per unregistered guest, per day will apply Maximum occupancy must not be exceeded Extra guests beyond the allowed limit will be asked to leave If you plan to have visitors, they must be included in your booking to avoid issues at the gate 🔑 Property Care Please take extra care of the key card Lost key cards will incur a $50 USD replacement fee Do not rearrange furniture Please take care of all furnishings Any damages exceeding the security deposit will be charged No food or drinks in the bedrooms 🍽️🛏️ ❄️ Energy Use Please turn off the A/C when leaving the villa or when doors are open Help us conserve energy 🌱 🔊 Noise & Community Rules Quiet hours start at 9:00 PM 🌙 Music must never exceed 60 decibels, especially outdoors Failure to comply may result in a $100 USD fine per occurrence Drones are strictly prohibited 🚁 Community fines can reach up to $500 USD 🚗 Parking Vehicles must be parked only in designated villa spaces or approved public parking areas inside the complex Street parking may result in a $100 USD fine per occurrence 🕒 Check-In & Check-Out Please respect check-in and check-out times Late departures may result in additional charges 🧹 Before Departure Take out the trash before leaving 🗑️ 📹 Security Notice There are no cameras in private areas or the pool, ensuring your privacy at all times
