Temperatures inside the property are easily managed by using fans and opening the windows at night when temperatures drop into the 40s. • Parking: up to 2 vehicles in front of home; free RV/trailer parking available at west end of 9th Ave or along 2nd Street (first come, first served) • Intermittent construction behind the home (limited to Mon–Fri, 8am–5pm, nearly complete) • Pets are not permitted at this property • STR Permit #2025-1074 ABOUT THE AREA Nestled at 7,800 feet, Ouray offers year-round outdoor activities with everything you could want during your Colorado mountain vacation! Enjoy riding ATVs, hiking, biking, rock climbing, horseback riding excursions, fishing, snowshoeing, ice climbing, cross-country skiing, or downhill skiing in Telluride. You'll love the summer music series in Ouray's Fellin Park or climbing at Ouray's world-famous Ice Park! After your adventures, enjoy a variety of great local restaurants, breweries, distilleries, live entertainment, and the Ouray Hot Springs Pool! Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable payment of $300 is required at the time of booking. This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 72 hours of the time of the booking is made. If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes to stay dates, including changes that result in a shortened stay, are not permitted within 30 days of arrival, and any such changes will result in a penalty. Cancellations or changes that are made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date, forfeit the entire reservation amount while cancellations made more than thirty (30) days in advance of your arrival only forfeit the $300 payment made at the time of booking. For reservations that are at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy above increases to sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date. We do offer travel insurance.
