This apartment is designed for families or business groups looking to stay next to the majestic and awe-inspiring Sagrada Familia Basilica. It is the perfect base for travelers and tourists alike to get to all the tourist destinations like Park Guell and the famous beaches of Barcelona. You have incredible transport links to rest of the city steps away on Sagrada Familia train station. Welcome to our spacious and bright 86m2 apartment located in the heart of Barcelona. We are very excited to open my apartment to fellow travelers! Next to the bright and huge living room, you have a lovely balcony. You will love this space. With a small table here, you can enjoy a delicious cup of coffee in the mornings or a fabulous glass of wine in the evenings. β οΈ VERY IMPORTANT Please note the apartment is located in a residential building, where neighbors live here all year around and it is our obligation to respect their rest. Walls are very thin and other residents of the building very sensitive to noises. Please make sure before confirming your reservation you can adhere to the simple House Rules that are detailed below. Failure to accept and follow those will result on a monetary sanction and eviction from the property with no refund for the remaining nights. APARTMENT DISTRIBUTION: The apartment has a capacity for up to 7 people distributed in 4 bedrooms: - Bedroom 1: Double bed - Bedroom 2: Double bed - Bedroom 3: 2 single beds - Bedroom 4: sofa bed SPECIAL FEATURES OF THE APARTMENT: - Spacious and bright living room - Sunny covered terrace and small balconies overlooking a very quiet street! - There is a dining area where you can have lovely dinners with family. Also desk space for working remotely! - 2 AC machines located in 2 of the bedrooms and living room area - 1.5 bathrooms - Elevator in building (there are a few steps before the elevator) - Baby crib and high chair available under request and availability, kindly send us a message in order to confirm please - Bed linens (and comforters during winter season) and bath towels (one shower towel per guest) will be provided! - The apartment will be professionally cleaned before your arrival -Please note that there are temporary works taking place on the street where the apartment is located, so some noise may occur during the day. - Paid parking off premises In case you have any question about the space or the amenities, please send me a private message. For that reason even today the conserved street structure is very different from the typical squared one of the near Eixample During the 19th century both Camp de l'Arpa as well as El Clor saw the construction of many factories. *** TOURIST TAX & REGISTRATION PROCESS *** - - Since 2012 the Catalan administration requires that every guest staying in a hotel room or renting an apartment in Catalunya contributes with a small city tax fee of 9.50β¬ per guest (over 17 years old) per night up to a maximum of 7 nights. This cost IS NOT included on your reservation. - National and International police demand that each guest, prior to their visit to Barcelona, would send information of their IDs or passports. This is mandatory, as it is stated in Catalan Law, and all legal touristic establishments are required to do so. - This apartment uses a self-checkin system via the Chekin platform that will allow you to register all guests on the reservation and pay the mandatory tourist taxes before your arrival. *** CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT *** Check-in time is at 17:00 hrs Check-out is at 11:00 am (non-agreed late check-outs will incur on a 100β¬ charge per hour late) *** HOUSE RULES *** 1. Parties, drugs, loud noise or any kind of disturbance towards the neighbors are completely forbidden, with a penalty of 400β¬ and possible eviction 2. Please observe quiet time between 10pm - 9am. 3. Respect your neighbors and be respectful in common areas (hallways, entrance, elevator, stairs). 4. Loss of keys will have a 100β¬ charge per key lost. 5. Smoking on interior areas will have a charge of 100β¬ + all cleaning fees involved. 6. Guests take full responsibility for any accidents, injuries or illnesses that occur while on the premises or its facilities. 7. Please leave the apartment in a respectable condition. Not following those rules will incur on a monetary sanction and the full responsibility of any fines from the local administration or authorities. Thank you for your understanding!
