The villa offers stunning views of the Caribbean Sea and magnificent sunsets from the comfort of the villa. Renovations to bathrooms in all rooms, featuring walk-in showers, as well as a new outdoor shower, furnishings and decor. The bedroom above the fully air-conditioned en-suite bedrooms, each have a private balcony that overlooks the ocean. Three of the four bedrooms are located on the first floor while one bedroom sits on the ground floor for easy accessibility. This Barbados holiday villa comes with dedicated staff to ensure a seamless and luxurious stay including a Cook, Housekeeper and Laundress. Guests have direct beach access via convenient steps from the villa. Gibbes Beach is a gorgeous strip of fine white sand and crystal clear seas, perfect for leisurely strolls at any time of the day. Seascape offers multiple seating areas, a spacious dining room, and a terrace leading to Gibbes Beach, ideal for water sports and beach activities. Restaurants close by include Sea Shed, Larry Warren at Mullins Bay as well as The Orange Street Grocer and the Local in Speightstown. **Dogs are allowed** **This has 4 bedrooms and this is the 3 bedroom rate, upon arrival you can choose whichever bedrooms you like and the other bedroom is simply locked off during the stay. Christmas *Both the deposit and balance are non-refundable. *Christmas bookings are therefore fully non-refundable upon cancellation.
