As you enter the apartment, you will be greeted by the open-concept kitchen and living area with views out the balcony towards the Canyons Ski Resort and surrounding valley. Directly to your left is the well-laid-out kitchen that makes efficient use of the space, providing ample cabinet and counter space. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything from stainless steel appliances to a crockpot and blender, making it convenient to put together a delicious meal. Comfortably placed on the other side of the kitchen counter is the dining area, where you will find a table with cozy booth-style seating and two chairs providing seating for four. Next to the dining area is a built-in single sink, creating additional space for washing up or storage if needed. Head further into the room and take in the cozy living space that offers a spacious common area for relaxing. Warm up by the lovely stone gas fireplace as you settle into the two large couches.
