HOUSE RULES TO BE FOLLOWED

Remove shoes if dirty when entering the apartment No smoking is allowed No pets allowed No events allowed No disturbance/noise after 10PM No parking in the driveway in front of the garage — this is common property under strata by-laws. Violations may result in fines of up to AUD 1,000 and/or towing at the guest's expense.
