NOTE: You may hear some noise during the day within the allowed working hours of 8 AM to 4 PM. However, this will not hinder you from having a good rest at night. This cozy and fully equipped studio has a beautiful colorful decoration and a wonderful balcony. It is located in the heart of Cañitas, part of the Palermo neighborhood. A fashion area where you can find a variety of restaurants, bars, cafes, and more.

Good to know
NOTE: Due to water heater system repairs in the building, for the next 2 weeks (last week of April 25), we have installed an electric shower with total safety, while the water heater system is restored with the repairs. If you have any doubts, please contact us. This will not affect being able to take a hot shower -We have a Travel Crib Service, upon request from the guest, with included sheets for an additional amount. Let us know if you need it and we will confirm availability. -Please let us know if you have any doubts about the Manual or Rules of the apt. -We recommend using Google Maps to find nearby parking, gas stations, and if you want to use public transportation, it's a great option.
