Enjoy this family friendly villa in Torreblanca with your own pool, sunny terrace, private bar, and amazing view of the Mediterranean Sea. There are 4 spacious and elegant bedrooms with double beds, one en-suite, and all with blackout blinds. There is also a 5th bedroom used as a TV-room with a sofa bed that can be turned into one double bed. One of the downstairs bedrooms also have a sofa bed that can be turned into a double bed - making it possible to house up to 12 adults. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need, including appliances like fridge, freezer, two dishwashers, oven, stove, and microwave. The dining area and living room is full of natural light and a big comfortable couch. There are sunshades on all windows that might come in handy if you wish to use the home cinema (projector canvas and projector). Go outside and enjoy your own pool and lounge area during the day and gather around the spacious dining table on the terrace with some BBQ in the evening. The terrace is equipped with a Weber-grill for your own use, dining table to accommodate all guests, and a lounge area. There is also a toilet on the outside of the house for easy access from the pool, and there are 4 bathrooms inside the house. The complex pool is also only a few meters away from the house, with uninterrupted sea views. The private pool is heatable, contact us for prices. East of Fuengirola is Torreblanca, easily accessible by bus/car and train to Torreblanca train station. The road up through Torreblanca winds past some very beautiful villas with impressive gardens. The area has retained its Andalusian suburban style and is a favourite area for peaceful holidays near the beach. The privileges of living in this residential area of Fuengirola are the coveted views from the houses and apartments and the quiet, green location. There are shops and facilities nearby, with your daily supermarket only a 5-minute walk away. Palm Beach is an urbanization made up of several privately owned homes. The urbanization has a communal infinity pool for the common enjoyment of the co-owners and guests, with a sun deck around the pool. Fuengirola city center is close by, also offering shopping opportunities, gastronomy (even a Michelin star), tapas bars, nightlife, Aquamijas waterpark, Bioparc Fuengirola, and more.
