Modern decor with plenty space, from the very first step you put inside this condo you will LOVE IT! Living room features sofa bed, Smart TV, terrace,kitchen bar, kitchen fully equipped perfect for long term stays with blender,microwave,stove and oven,coffe machine, fridge,cookware,pans,utensils, etc... fabulous wood table for 6. two spacious bedrooms each one with balcony, fans,AC, king size bed. The master bedroom has a connecting door to the bathroom. Washer and Dryer included.

-Note: Keep in mind that prices are reduced due to possible construction noises during the week as all Tulum and in the same way there may be some power outages in the area sometimes out of our control and consequently failure of the internet and water. You should be aware that throughout Tulum there is a possibility for power outages, when the power is out there is no electricity, water, or wifi. Whenever this happens we contact the national electric company for an update on when it will return - this happens because the infrastructure hasn't caught up to the increased number of visitors coming to Tulum - we can't take any responsibility for this or offer refunds as it's out of our control.
