House Rules and Terms

Maximum of 10 adults allowed in this home. Guests must e-sign the TopHost Vacation Rentals property rental agreement in order to receive the access codes to the property. If you have questions or concerns, please reach out to us before booking. Always report any accidental damages or breakages in a timely manner, especially before check-out. Quiet hours are 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. We have wonderful neighbors and it’s very important that all guests be respectful of them. The guest who books must be one of the guests staying on the property (sorry - no booking for others). Minimum booking age is 25 and must show proof of a valid ID if asked. Treehouse shown in the photos is not for guest use and access is blocked off. No charging of electric vehicles at the house, a $200 fee will apply if a guest is found to have charged an electric vehicle at the house without prior host approval.
