This unique studio is located on the 8th (top) floor of the building. Its cozγ interiors and open sea view offer guests a high quality stay. The space consists of a double bed with drawers for extra storage space underneath and a breakfast table, which comfortably sits 2 people. The open-plan kitchen contains a built-in washing machine, small fridge, microwave oven, ceramic cooktop and coffee maker, as well as all necessary kitchenware. The studio’s greatest advantage is its large exclusive veranda with an awesome view of the sea, which can be enjoyed throughout most of the year! The main street Agiou Alexandrou (just a block away from the apartment) offers a variety of local shops/boutiques, supermarkets, bakeries, delicatessen shops, organic food mini-market, cafes, restaurants, banks, pharmacies, solarium, Pilates studio, gym, hairdressers, laundries, travel agencies etc. All local beaches are easily accessed both by tram or on foot along the magnificent promenade.
