If you appreciate a pleasing aesthetic, you’ll love Sapphire Villa. This modern, state-of-the-art residence offers unique accent walls and king- or queen-sized beds in each of the three bedrooms. A large living room dominates the ground floor, featuring a notable TV lift system that allows for easy viewing or hiding. Go for a swim surrounded by tropical landscaping and relax. When dusk falls, gather ‘round the grill (gas/propane is not provided), or patio table, and kick back on the gorgeous outdoor couches, porch swing, and beach chairs. Rates Policy With Flamingo Luxury Villas, there are never any hidden fees or rate changes. The only additional charge you’ll see on your bill is a one-time cleaning fee and tax. The cleaning fee varies according to family size. Booking Policy If you choose to book your villa more than 30 days in advance, you’ll be charged a 50% deposit at the time of booking. The rest of the payment will be due 30 days before check-in. If you book your villa within 30 days of your arrival, however, you’ll be charged the full amount immediately upon booking. All of our properties have a three night minimum. Cancellation Policy In order to avoid payment upon cancellation, we advise you to purchase travelers insurance. Once a reservation is made, the dates are reserved for you and there will be no refund. Check-in: 4:00 PM Check-out: 11:00 AM Check-in and check-out times are strictly observed. If checking out later, please be aware that there is an automatic 50% daily rate surcharge. Kashrus Policy We take kashrus very seriously. All our villas are owned by Shomrei Shabbos families and are rented out only to kosher observant individuals. In the unlikely case, we will take care of kashering the kitchen.
