Make your Orlando vacation part of the adventure in this spacious six-bedroom Solterra Resort home, designed for families and groups who want more than simply a place to sleep. With a private screened pool and spa, two fun themed bedrooms, a packed game room, generous outdoor living space, and plenty of room to spread out, there’s something here for everyone to enjoy between days exploring Central Florida. Kids get some of the most memorable spaces in the house. The Princess room creates a whimsical retreat with a traditional twin bed alongside a castle-inspired bunk bed with canopy details and its own slide. Star Wars fans get an adventure of their own with an immersive mural, themed décor, a queen bed and triple bunk bed. Both rooms give younger guests a vacation experience they’ll remember long after the trip is over. The converted garage keeps the fun going with foosball, air hockey, basketball, cornhole, multiple TVs and gaming stations. Whether the kids need somewhere to burn off some energy or the whole family wants a little friendly competition, it gives the house another entertainment space beyond the main living areas. Outside, your private screened pool and spa become the center of a relaxing Florida day at home. The spacious pool deck includes loungers and a safety fence, while the large covered lanai provides multiple seating and dining areas with ceiling fans for escaping the midday sun. Enjoy breakfast outside, spend an afternoon by the water, or settle in for a quiet evening after a busy day at the parks. Inside, the bright open-concept living area gives everyone room to gather, with a large reclining sectional and TV just steps from the pool. The fully equipped kitchen offers stainless-steel appliances, generous counter space, breakfast-bar seating and a separate breakfast nook, while the large dining table provides plenty of room to bring everyone together. A full-size washer and dryer makes longer stays and family travel a little easier. Pool heat may be added for $30 per day plus applicable taxes and must be reserved for the entire length of your stay. We highly recommend adding pool heat during the cooler months for the most comfortable swimming experience. Guests who would like to enjoy a barbecue by the pool may also rent a grill during their stay; contact us for current pricing and availability. Guests wishing to enjoy the Solterra Resort amenities will pay the Leisure Patron Amenity Access Fee directly to the Solterra Clubhouse upon arrival. The current fee is $37.45 for reservations of 1–12 guests and $48.15 for reservations of 13 or more guests. Payment is made at the clubhouse by credit or debit card through Square; cash is not accepted. At clubhouse check-in, the primary guest will need reservation information showing the property address, check-in and check-out dates and number of guests, along with a government-issued photo ID matching the reservation and license plate information for the primary vehicle. Solterra will issue up to two Resort Access Cards per reservation, providing access through the pool gate and to the resort amenities throughout your stay.
