Please note that the property is a duplex, so you’ll be sharing the pool, garden, and terrace with the guests staying in the other unit. We kindly ask that you respect quiet hours after 10 p.m., especially around the pool and shared outdoor spaces, to maintain a peaceful atmosphere for everyone. Being in a rural area, it’s common to experience occasional power outages. However, the house is equipped with solar panels, providing a reliable backup system to ensure comfort and continuity in case the electricity goes out.

Although the terrace has a separation wall for privacy, it remains a shared area, creating a relaxed and friendly atmosphere while still allowing each side to enjoy its own space.
