Good to know
• Pets are not allowed. • The property is supplied by an artesian well, and the water is safe to drink. • Motorized boats are permitted on the lake; however, they must be launched from the municipal boat launch. • During the winter months, access to the chalet may be more challenging due to the steep driveway. A 4WD vehicle is strongly recommended. Two additional parking spaces are available at the top of the hill. • The garage is not accessible to guests. • Please respect the neighbors, keep noise to a reasonable level, and take good care of the property so everyone can continue to enjoy this exceptional retreat.
