Any rule violation may result in immediate cancellation, requiring you to check out without refund. Check-in / Check-out • Check-in: 4 PM / Check-out: 11 AM. Early check-in or late check-out requires prior approval. Unauthorized early check-in or late check-out: $150; Late fee: $50 per hour after 11 AM. Internet Use • High-speed internet is provided for legal activities only. Misuse will not be tolerated. Guest Policy • Only registered guests are permitted. The maximum occupancy is 7. Community rules restrict entry to non-registered visitors. Damage Reporting • Report any missing or damaged items within 24 hours of arrival. Damage or loss charges apply at the owner’s discretion. Prohibited Actions • Throwing items from windows/balcony is illegal. • No pets allowed; evidence will incur a $250 deep-cleaning fee. • 🚭 No Smoking, drugs, or illegal activities. Evidence of smoking or drug use will result in cleaning charges and possible eviction. Cleanliness & Care • Avoid bringing sand inside; excessive sand in showers will incur a $30 charge. • Dispose of trash before checkout; excessive trash left inside will incur a $25 fee. Towels and Linens • Use towels and linens responsibly. Stained items (e.g., makeup, blood) will be charged at $25 per piece. No Party Policy • No parties, gatherings, or confetti. Avoid rearranging furniture or hanging items on railings. Safety & Liability • The owner and manager are not liable for accidents, injuries, illnesses, or loss of valuables. Guests assume responsibility for property use and agree to indemnify the owner. Miscellaneous Rules • Do not flush items like paper towels, excessive toilet paper or hygiene products to prevent plumbing issues. Emergency unclogging will incur a $250+ fee. • Subletting is prohibited. • Parking: Spaces are unassigned and first-come, first-served.
