Rolston House - 1 Bed House near Xavier & Downtown

Most guests are great and these rules only need to be explicitly stated for a very small percentage of guests. Dogs are welcome at the house, but not on the furniture. The hair and dirt they track requires a lot of extra cleaning if it is on upholstery or linens. Pet hair on furniture, including bedding, will incur additional cleaning costs. Please bring towels for your dog and do not use the white towels to clean your dogs paws. Checkout is no later than the time in your reservation, 10am. Any late check outs will incur a minimum $100 fee to cover the cleaners time and disruption of the days schedule. Thanks for helping us stay on schedule for all our guests! No Parties, No Smoking. Any violation of this policy will result in the immediate termination of your stay and a minimum $250 charge for smoke remediation and possible liability for any guests stay following yours. Unexpected cleaning will be charged at $50/hour. Any fees only apply to guests that are not treating the property or us with respect.
