House Rules and Terms
- Only registered guests are allowed.
- Tampering with security devices will result in immediate cancellation.
- No pets (fine: $250).
- No smoking, drugs, parties, or glitter (fine: $250).
- No flushing of anything beyond toilet paper (wipes, sanitary products, dental floss, etc.)
- Be mindful of historic wood surfaces for damage & noise, carry luggage up all wood stairs, do not use built-in custom countertops as cutting boards, etc.
- Be considerate to neighbors & long-term lowest floor nurse tenant + his partner.
- Quiet hours start at 10:00 PM.
-No incense or scented items: Please do not light incense, candles, or any strongly scented items inside the unit. Because the units are in the same house, strong scents can travel and affect other guests’ stays.
