This must be completed before arrival. ⚠️ Pool is not available for this season, we'd appreciate your compression. Building Renovations: Please be aware that the building is currently undergoing remodeling to enhance your future experience. Occasional daytime noise may occur. We appreciate your patience. Parking: Please display your parking permit at all times to avoid being towed. We are not responsible for towed vehicles. Supplies: We provide a starter kit of supplies. Please note that bath towels and washcloths are not provided. The building operates a centralized HVAC system in accordance with municipal regulations. Heating runs from October 13 to May 1, while air conditioning is available from May 15 to October 1. During seasonal transitions, HVAC adjustments are managed by the building association based on outdoor temperatures.

🚗 Parking: On-site garage parking is available for a nightly fee of $20. ⚠️ Please be advised that some areas of the building are currently being renovated to improve our facilities. You may experience construction noise from Monday to Friday, between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM.

House Rules and Terms

To ensure a secure experience, we kindly ask you to register all members staying with us by providing a photo ID on the same day as the Check in . We appreciate your understanding, even if you´ve already verified your ID through the platform´s chat, we would still need an additional copy. This way, we can ensure a smooth check-in process, as the building only allows access to registered guests.

Please consider the following recommendations to enhance your stay

Note that the HVAC system is centralized and operates according to city regulations and seasonal cycles, to comply with environmental regulations. Heating in full operation (Oct 15 - May 1) AC in full operation (May 15 - Oct 1) Between transitions, the operation of the HVAC is at the discretion of the Building association according to the outside temperature. Smoking is not allowed indoors, as it may result in a fine. Kindly avoid excessive noise, as we are located in a residential area. Your comfort is our priority. If any issues arise, please inform us immediately. We are here to help.

Check-in is scheduled for 4:00 p.m., and check-out is at 11:00 a.m. If you need a late check-out, please contact us with 24 hours´ notice; please note that this will generate an additional cost.

Additionally

We want to inform you that package deliveries (Amazon, eBay, Best Buy, etc.) to the property address are not allowed. Unfortunately, we do not provide washcloths. Please feel at home and keep household items inside the house. In case of any lost linens or apartment keys, an additional cost will be charged to replace them. Don´t forget to turn off the air conditioning when leaving; your cooperation is essential to maintain a comfortable environment for everyone.
