Description
This elegant accommodation is ideal for group and business travel. It offers comfortable interior spaces and a balcony with a full sea view. You will love the surrounding area with the cafes and taverns located right next to the sea. Access to the beach is free but if you want you can rent sunbeds at the adjacent cafe and enjoy your swim. The apartment is on the 2nd floor of a detached house with free entrance and a courtyard on the ground floor. The spiral staircase leads you to the apartment. If you have any problem with stairs please let us know. In the apartment you will find a comfortable bedroom with a double bed and a TV. A single room with fully equipped kitchen, dining room and living room with TV. The office is in a separate area overlooking the sea and there is a sofa bed. The bathroom is large with a bathtub and 2 sinks and wc and we provide all the necessary soaps and shampoos and hand and bath towels. The wardrobe is in a separate area in front of the entrance to the bathroom. Silivani area, next to the MY MARKET supermarket. There is a free parking space on the street in front, in the plot right next to and opposite the supermarket area. Dear guest, We hope you are looking forward to your upcoming stay with us! We would like to inform you about an important regulation mandated by the Greek government. From April to October, all guests are required by law to pay an Environmental Fee. This fee cannot be included in the booking price and must be collected separately before arrival, as stipulated by the Greek authorities. The fee is: €8 per night for apartments €15 per night for villas Please note: This amount is not a charge from us, and we do not profit from it in any way. Once we collect this fee, we pay it in full directly to the government as a tax. Unfortunately, we are not allowed to waive, reduce, or absorb this fee, no matter the circumstances. Payment is required before check-in, as per Greek law. We completely understand this might be frustrating, and we sincerely wish we could make it easier for you. However, we are legally obligated to comply, and without this payment, check-in is not permitted. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
