The apartment includes a comfortable living area with a 3-seater sofa bed that folds into a king single, a warm and cozy bathroom, and a well-appointed dining area. The kitchen is well-equipped and includes complimentary coffee and tea. Additionally, the apartment offers laundry facilities with an iron, ironing board, washer, dryer, and a private balcony with stunning city views. For groups larger than 3, a nightly fee of $29 per extra guest will apply. *For groups of 3 or fewer who require the sofa bed, please let us know in advance. We’re also near the corner of Spencer & Collins round the bend from Southern Cross train station with access to everything all under the one roof. Enjoy the convenience of Woolworths Express, over 40 retail stores and cafes, with direct access to Marvel Stadium, Melbourne's Docklands precinct, the CBD and Spencer Outlet Centre. There are tons of things to do in the city itself which are mostly a quick stroll away. If you want to leave your luggage before checking-in or after you check-out, there are affordable luggage services and paid lockers across the road at the Southern Cross train station. They charge anywhere from AU$10 to AU$16 per locker for 24 hours worth of storage. Or at the BnB concierge located at shop 3/200 Spencer St, Melbourne VIC 3000. They charge anywhere from AU$8 per bag. This pad accommodates 3 adults generously but a max of 4 overnight. Any more than 3 adult guests overnight will attract an extra AU$29 per night, per additional guest. The 4th guest will sleep on the 3-seater sofa bed, which folds out to a king single.
