Welcome to my home in the heart of Southbank! With floor-to-ceiling windows, my apartment is filled with tons of natural light and features amazing views of the city. Our bright and spacious two bedroom flat provides an excellent homebase for a pleasantly memorable stay. With their good sizes and comfortable beds, the bedrooms offer restful times and healthy sleep. In the spacious living area you will find a comfortable sofa and means of entertainment. The open plan fully-equipped kitchen allows a home-like experience to practice your cooking skills, and the dining area a great opportunity to get together and enjoy a delicious meal. There are two bathrooms in the property each equipped with a toilet and a shower. You cannot beat this location! I live 200 meters from the Skybus - very convenient for those traveling from the airport. There are heaps of great cafes and restaurants in the area. You are also just a hop skip and jump away from the CBD, less than 5 minutes from Crown Casino/Riverfront Walk and less than 5 minutes from Southbank water front restaurants. PLEASE NOTE: To access, you will need to retrieve the keys from a different location about 6 mins walking from the building's entrance. Please keep this in mind while checking in. Due to Council regulations, lockboxes aren't longer permitted around the CBD and Southbank area, please keep this in mind before booking :) If keys aren’t returned to the allocated location or lockbox, an $80 key collection fee will apply. Fresh bed linen, towels, fluffy pillows, toiletries and other necessities are provided for a comfortable stay. Our 24/7 support team will also be available if you ever needed anything more.
