Located in Sugar Hill, this 3 bedroom villa is perfect for anyone seeking comfort and relaxation. The villa is in a great location within the community and has easy access to all of the fine amenities that the Sugar Hill community has to offer. Play tennis on the same courts as Serena Williams and explore restaurants and gorgeous swimming pools. Upon entry, you feel instantly welcomed and at home. High ceilings, soothing tones, and inviting pool views meet the eye. The first place you will instinctively want to explore is the pool deck. The outdoor space is soothing and rejuvenating. The area is complete with a beautiful abstract pool design, lush landscaping, and a covered patio area with an outdoor barbecue grill, perfect for summer entertainment. Take in the breathtaking views from every angle while basking in the warm sunshine. When you are finally able to tear yourself away from this private slice of paradise, explore the bedrooms. On the ground level, there are two bedrooms, both with ensuite bathrooms. One of the bedrooms has direct access to the pool, so you can go from bed to pool in seconds. There is a cozy mini library for avid readers, and your only decision will be where to spend your mornings - in bed or by the pool. The second bedroom mirrors the first with slightly different details. On this level, the kitchen features an intimate setting for family dinners by the breakfast nook. The kitchen is complemented by a six-burner stove, custom cabinetry, and sleek wood and marble finishes. If your group is large, there is a generous dining area decorated in warm coral hues. The beauty of this property extends beyond the indoors, and the endless outdoor space is also great for magical nights under the stars. What we love about this holiday home is the warmth and expansiveness of the main bedroom. It encompasses the entire upper floor. This bedroom will be your haven, offering plenty of natural light and views of the west coast beach from the large bay window. The warm, dark wood flooring, soothing decor, and sea life artwork create the perfect tropical ambience with a modern take. This spacious master bedroom is great for solo travelers or a couple's getaway; it features a walk-in closet, and an ensuite bathroom.
