Both bathrooms are thoughtfully designed for comfort: one features a walk-in shower, while the other includes a tub ideal for unwinding after a day outdoors. Step outside, breathe in the crisp mountain air, and enjoy the feeling of being tucked away—while still just one minute from the Banff Highway and away from traffic stress. Please note: during extreme cold (below -20°C), the pool and hot tub may be temporarily closed by building management. Additional note: Ascent Canmore is located near the train line that runs through town. While the building features excellent soundproofing, occasional train noise may still be heard from inside the suite. Just a friendly note that the parking stall is quite tight and will not accommodate a large vehicle. As there are no other parking options available, please keep this in mind when planning your stay.

Please be aware that the surrounding areas are currently undergoing construction. You may experience daytime construction noise and the occasional sound of a train passing by. We appreciate your understanding. Payment is taken upon booking confirmation. Note the damage deposit; it will be automatically refunded 7 days after checkout.
