General description of this villa This villa is located on the first floor of Caribbean Club in the peaceful Sabadeco neighborhood. From the covered veranda, you have an unobstructed view of the Caribbean Sea – a view that never gets old. With a total surface area of 150 m², there is plenty of space both indoors and out. The distance to downtown Kralendijk is 7.9 kilometers. Rum Runners is 4.8 kilometers away for a relaxed dinner, and supermarket Zhung Kong is 4.4 kilometers. Top dive sites such as Oil Slick Leap are just 400 meters away, and Dive Friends Den Laman is only 5.5 kilometers. Guest Access

Guests at Happy Turtle have access to the entire villa, including two comfortable bedrooms, two bathrooms, a fully equipped open kitchen, and a living room. Step outside onto the covered veranda, complete with outdoor furniture, and enjoy the stunning ocean views. Guests can also enjoy the communal swimming pools located within the Caribbean Club resort. Additionally, water sports enthusiasts will appreciate the rinse tanks and storage for equipment. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the property.

House Rules and Terms

1. Reservation – The booking confirmation contains the agreed upon dates, the number of guests (adults and kids until and included 12 years of age, at the time of traveling) and the total rent, fees and taxes for this booking. Please note that infants (0-2 years) are counted toward occupancy and that an extra person fee applies to all guests, including infants, due to additional electricity (A/C), water usage, laundry, and cleaning requirements. 2. Check-in and check-out – Upon their arrival, we always personally give our guests access to the accommodation and we also personally recollect the keys at the end of their stay. Our hosts and hostesses make arrangements for these moments, with the guests. 3. Damages – Please use the accommodation as if it were your own. Please inform the Sunwise people immediately if extra cleaning or repairs are necessary, so that we can solve this together with you as our guest. 4. Housekeeping – Please keep the accommodation clean during your stay and please leave the apartment or villa in good condition at your check-out. Please wash the dishes and empty the trash bins regularly (to avoid pests), at least before check-out. 5. Service Cleaning – If additional service cleanings and bedding changes are desired, we are happy to request quotes for that for our guests, from the cleaning teams we work with. Costs may vary by accommodation, depending on the size of the accommodation. 6. Linens/Towels/Supplies – The accommodations managed by Sunwise are fully equipped, and linens and towels are provided. An initial set up of toilet paper, garbage bags and (if applicable) dishwasher cubes is provided upon arrival. 7. Smoking and Pets – All our accommodations are non-smoking units and unfortunately no pets are allowed (subsequent guests may be allergic). 8. Good Neighbor Policy – Many of our rentals are located in multi-unit buildings or residential areas, that include short- and long-term guests and year-round residents. Please stick to commonly accepted norms and standards when it comes to (the prevention of) causing nuisance. 9. Parties or gatherings - In order to prevent nuisance for the neighbors and possible damage to the accommodation, it is not permitted without prior written (email) permission from Sunwise, to stay in the accommodation with more than the number of people booked, even if there is no overnight stay by the extra people. 10. Force Majeure - Please note that in some, very rare cases of force majeure, it could be necessary that Sunwise moves guest reservations to a like accommodation, being an accommodation with matching sleeping capacity, location et cetera, at Sunwise’s discretion. 11. Extra Studio – If stated in the listing text, the separate studio is available only for full (or full minus 1) occupancy reservations or equivalent rates.
