Freyjugata is located in the center of Reykjavik, close to many cultural attractions. Hallgrímskirkja church is only about 4 minutes away and from there you can walk down the Rainbow Street. “The Pond” (Tjörnin) and Hljómskálagarður public park are 10 min away, and the Harpa Concert Hall as well as “The Sun Voyager” sculpture are by the sea side in 15 min walking distance. If you want to take part in the strong Icelandic culture of going to the swimming pool, Sundhöll Reykjavíkur is a 10 min walk and you’ll find several grocery stores in only a few minutes distance. You’ll find endless options of restaurants, food halls and cafés close to the apartment. We recommend Café Loki, where you can enjoy Icelandic specialties and Reykjavik Roasters café, both only 3 min. from the apartment. If you’re in for some pastries, which we definitely recommend, Sandholt and Brauð & co are both within walking distance.
