Casa di Mare, a 275 sq.m. villa in Mykonos, offers unparalleled luxury on a 2,000 sq.m. plot with panoramic Aegean Sea views. Casa di Mare consists of the Main House accompanied by four guesthouses. The villa and guest houses accommodate a total of seven couples or 14 guests. Located close to Mykonos Town, Casa di Mare offers all the conveniences of the town as well as the peace and quiet that comes from solitude. Surrounding the villa is a terrace which has everything you need. The T-shaped swimming pool is absolutely gorgeous, and the bar, BBQ, and lounge and dining area have been perfectly designed. The garden is well-maintained and comes complete with its own football (soccer) court. Whether you are just lazing by the pool, strolling in the garden or enjoying a game of footie, you will love your time at Casa di Mare. Main House (6 guests) A sitting room with satellite TV, surround sound, Wi-Fi and access to the swimming pool area and garden through balcony doors. A fully equipped kitchen with all modern appliances and a bar table. WC. The master bedroom features a double bed, A/C and en-suite bathroom with shower. French windows open onto the pool and offer sea views. One bedroom with a double bed and a second double bed on the mezzanine, A/C, en-suite bathroom with shower and outside access. One bedroom with double bed, A/C, en-suite bathroom with shower. The four independent guest houses each include a double bedroom with en suite bathroom, A/C, and access to an outdoor seating area. The third guesthouse, close to the main house, has one bedroom with double bed, sofa, A/C, bathroom with shower and small kitchen. The fourth guest house offers two single beds (or one double bed), A/C, TV and bathroom with shower. The outdoor area includes a terrace with a lounge covered by a pergola, a T-shaped swimming pool, a bar, a barbecue, a garden and a soccer pitch. Parking is available for four cars.
