Rental Agreement

- The entry of SEX WORKERS is not allowed. - A/C usage is paid at a rate of US$0.30 per KWh. Meter will be read at check in and check out. - THE ENTRY OF GUESTS IS NOT ALLOWED WITHOUT PRIOR NOTIFICATION. - The number of occupants of the bungalow must be informed at the time of booking. - Cleaning is done ONCE A WEEK in case of long-term stays. We do not provide daily cleaning service. - CHECK OUT is at 1:00 PM. CHECK IN is at 3:00 PM. If the client does not appear for the CHECK OUT, the administration will be obliged to remove the client's personal belongings and is not responsible for any damage, loss or theft. - The CHECK IN and CHECK OUT between 9:00 PM and 8:00 AM, must be notified 24 (twenty-four) hours in advance. - Towels must not be taken out of the bungalow. THEY ARE NOT FOR USE ON THE BEACH. - The administration has the right to enter the property at any time. Especially in cleaning cases. - Keep the house in perfect condition during the rental period stipulated by both parties. - Make convenient and reasonable use of the means of comfort made available to them (water, air conditioning, ...) and of household appliances and furniture. In case of damaging, breaking or losing any item in the bungalow, you will have to pay its price. - Notify reception, in case of breakdown, damage or accident that may occur in the bungalow during your stay. - Do not disturb the neighbors. - SMOKING PROHIBITED inside the bungalow. Breaking this rule has a cost of USD$100.00 (One Hundred American Dollars). - Long term rentals are paid in advance, month by month. The delay and/or lack of payment will lead to the suspension of internet, water and electricity services. - Reservations canceled before 24 hours of check in are penalized with 10% of the total amount of the reserved nights, reservations canceled from 24 hours before check in are not refundable. - We reserve the right of admission.
