Guests have full access to the entire home, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, living areas, hot tub, pool, pool table, and outdoor lounge spaces. Smart lock entry ensures seamless arrival.

House Rules and Terms

No confetti or glitter should be used or left in the home. Similarly, if you hang balloons or decorations in the home, you may only use painter’s tape and must remove all of these decorations and balloons prior to check out. We will charge an additional fee if this rule is broken, $150-$200 depending on the level of violation.
