BED CONFIGURATION: Bedroom one: double bed. Bedroom two: double bed. Living room: double sofa bed. The apartment sleeps up to six. Six guests means two people on the sofa bed in the open-plan living room; if everyone needs their own room, it suits four. The dining table seats four. KITCHEN: The kitchen benefits from an electric oven and hob, dishwasher, microwave, fridge-freezer, kettle, toaster and a coffee machine, with cookware, crockery, cutlery and glasses. Tea and coffee are there for the first morning. BATHROOM: There is one bathroom with a shower, basin and toilet. Towels and toiletries are provided. LAUNDRY AND PARKING: There is a washing machine in the apartment. Parking is free, on site, in the marked bays at the front of the building. Where to leave the car is covered in your arrival instructions. PETS: Pets are welcome by prior arrangement, with a fee per pet per stay. GETTING AROUND: The Anchorage Metrolink stop is about ten minutes away and Salford Crescent railway station is about fifteen to twenty minutes' walk. The M602 slip road is under 700 metres from the building, signed for the M60 ring road and the M62. Manchester city centre is under two miles away, Old Trafford under three and the Trafford Centre eight. LONGER STAYS: The nightly rate drops by 10% at seven nights and by 25% at twenty-eight. Stays over ten nights add a housekeeping visit, charged separately and arranged around your working hours. The apartment suits contractors, engineers and anyone working across Greater Manchester on a longer job. Salford sits on the western side of Manchester city centre, close enough to be in the middle of things and quiet enough to come back to after a long shift. MediaCityUK, home to the BBC, ITV and dock10 studios, is about a mile and a half away, with Salford Quays and the Lowry alongside it. Manchester city centre is under two miles, Old Trafford under three, and the Trafford Centre eight. For everyday shopping there is an Aldi and a Morrisons Daily within about ten minutes' walk. For anyone working across Greater Manchester this is a practical place to be based. The M602 slip road is under 700 metres from the building, signed for the M60 ring road and the M62 towards Liverpool, and parking at the flat is free. HOUSE RULES — PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING No parties or events Unauthorised parties or events are strictly prohibited. Any evidence of a party or gathering beyond the registered guests will result in immediate termination of the booking without refund and a £2,000 damage and remediation charge applied. Quiet hours after 10PM This is a residential area. Please respect quiet hours from 10PM onwards out of consideration for neighbours. No smoking indoors Strict no-smoking and no-vaping policy inside the apartment. If smoking is detected indoors, a £1,000 charge will be applied to cover deep cleaning and remediation. Noise and air quality monitoring The property uses noise and air quality monitoring systems. Evidence of parties, excessive noise or indoor smoking will result in immediate termination of the stay without refund. Stays over 10 nights Stays over 10 nights require an additional biweekly housekeeping visit for an extra fee. Full details provided at booking. Online check-in required The lead guest must complete our secure pre check-in form, agree to our terms, and provide a valid UK photo ID or passport before arrival. Access will only be granted once this is completed. Check-in and check-out policy Check-in: from 4PM Check-out: by 10AM Early check-in or late check-out: £20 per hour, subject to availability. Early check-in — 3PM £20, 2PM £40, 1PM £60, 12PM £80 (earliest 12PM). Late check-out — 11AM £20, 12PM £40, 1PM £60 (latest 1PM). Early check-in and late check-out are available on request through our guest portal (£20 per hour); please ask at least 24 hours ahead and our team will confirm. Security deposit or damage waiver We require either: A refundable security deposit of £300-£500, or A non-refundable damage waiver charged at £25 per night, with a £50 minimum and a £100 maximum per stay The damage waiver is available on stays of up to 27 nights. For stays of 28 nights or more, the £500 refundable security deposit is charged (not just held) shortly before check-in, and refunded within 7–14 days of checkout, less any agreed charges for damage. Pets Pets are welcome with prior approval. A fee of £100 per pet per stay applies. Maximum two dogs or one cat. Sleeping arrangements The apartment has two double bedrooms and a double sofa bed in the living room. Six guests means two people sleeping on the sofa bed in the open-plan living area.
